Michelle was amazing!! I called the shop just a few days before mothers day, asking for something special for my wife's first mothers day. Michelle fully understood What i was hoping for and recommended us some double head tulip which is not just beautiful but also rare to find.It is always great experience while customers are understood well and you magically come up with something not just meet, but exceeded the expectation. Michelle did just that!High recommending Michelle and the this lovely local florist. Will definetly go back again when the next special occasion come.

Disappointed and embarrased. Thought I would support local business and not order online.I ordered and paid $245 for flowers with a vase and requested a photo of flowers. No photo. Delivery was without a vase, flowers were not fresh and nowhere near the money I paid.Was very disappointed. I received a phone call after I raised all this with an apology and the lady said she will ring me next day.(Photos of flowers sent via sms to her). No phone call in two days. I will unfortunately not be ordering from them again and will not be recommending them to others. Don't waste your money.

Gift for cousins 60th Birthday. It's hard not knowing what's in season, let alone what to order over the phone without visually looking at the products. I had in mind some natives (longer lasting) and lovely Claudia recommended adding some roses. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful & consisted of natives, roses and unopened lilies. Unfortunately I don't have a photo to share. Highly recommend Oatley House of Flowers. Thank you Claudia.

Michelle arranged some beautiful flowers for my friend's Vietnamese Tea Ceremonial wedding. I told her what the event is about and the auspicious colour (red) is important. I left my trust to her to organised it for me. She was thoughtful enough by putting the right colours together that matched the tradition yet not overpowering either. We ordered a big centre piece and a couple for the corridor and alter. If you don't know what to have for your special event, talk to Michelle and she'll fix your problem!

Thank you for the awesome service. I ordered flowers online for my friend returning home from hospital after major surgery. I thought it would be too much to expect same day delivery as it was already afternoon. What a delightful surprise to find that a beautiful bouquet was delivered that same day!

My elderly mother ordered flowers for her sister in laws funeral service. We were advised by our family that they hadn't received any flowers from her. On contacting Oatley House of Flowers we were told they would flow this up. When I didn't hear back from them I rang again - and then again the next day. I was told by a member of staff that the order didn't go through. I then received a phone call from the proprietor advising that the "line must have dropped out" hence my mother's order wasn't processed. The proprietor apologised - refunded my mother her money.My advice is if you are depending on having your flowers delivered - go to another florist.

Extremely happy with the customer service received from Sharon at Oatley House of Flowers recently. As difficult a decision as it was due to the fantastic selection available, the 'Burgundy Bouquet' was a beautiful arrangement and very well received. This local florist comes highly recommended.

I don't do this very often but would love to give a thankyou to the owner of this shop. On Mother's day I bought a beautiful bunch of flowers and my mother loved them.
