Called today to get order update. not the very best customer service over the phone - maybe Michelle is busy but shouldn't be an excuse. I guess we all have our days. Nonetheless, easy to order online than the rest in the area.Update:,Well you were shouty and rushing in my own opinion. This is a review section so i should be honest on what i felt that day. Double exclamation, wow. Why not use more to emphasize. You are that shouty over the phone flying exclamation points LOL You obviously cant handle constructive comments, Michelle. Instead of using more exclamation points, why not breathe and smell your lovely flowers. Down to 1 start for you 😘

Michelle arranged some beautiful flowers for my friend's Vietnamese Tea Ceremonial wedding. I told her what the event is about and the auspicious colour (red) is important. I left my trust to her to organised it for me. She was thoughtful enough by putting the right colours together that matched the tradition yet not overpowering either. We ordered a big centre piece and a couple for the corridor and alter. If you don't know what to have for your special event, talk to Michelle and she'll fix your problem!

Be aware: ordered online and the arrangement looked nothing like the pictures. Very disappointed so contacted seller and was told some of the flowers were "not available". Wish I had known before purchasing. Follow-up emails ignored. Terrible experience do not recommend.

Michelle made up the most amazing arrangement of natives for a birthday gift today. The flowers were stunning and the customer service was fabulous. I would highly recommend Oatley house of flowers to anyone, I will definitely be back.

Thank you for the awesome service. I ordered flowers online for my friend returning home from hospital after major surgery. I thought it would be too much to expect same day delivery as it was already afternoon. What a delightful surprise to find that a beautiful bouquet was delivered that same day!

Best florist in Sydney!I have been using this florist for several years now. Michelle's continued dedication to excellence in terms of the quality & freshness of her flowers, her stunning designs/ arrangements, and her customer service interaction, cannot be faulted. Flowers purchased always last at least a week, sometimes longer. Would recommend this business to anyone who enjoys sending or purchasing floral arrangements. Simply beautiful!Sue Elliott

My elderly mother ordered flowers for her sister in laws funeral service. We were advised by our family that they hadn't received any flowers from her. On contacting Oatley House of Flowers we were told they would flow this up. When I didn't hear back from them I rang again - and then again the next day. I was told by a member of staff that the order didn't go through. I then received a phone call from the proprietor advising that the "line must have dropped out" hence my mother's order wasn't processed. The proprietor apologised - refunded my mother her money.My advice is if you are depending on having your flowers delivered - go to another florist.
